ANTIC 2025

The Department of Information Technology at ABV-IIITM, Gwalior proudly presents the 1st International Workshop on Advancing AI and ML Across Disciplines: Use Cases and Emerging Applications (AAMLAD-2025), to be held from December 21–23, 2025 in Gwalior, India in offline mode (with limited online participation). The accepted and presented papers of this workshop will be published as open-access proceedings in the CCIS series of Springer (Scopus-indexed).

This event offers a vibrant platform for researchers, scientists, and students to present groundbreaking work, engage in technical sessions, and explore the AI and ML Applications across disciplines.

We invite the submission of original research papers to this workshop. This workshop seeks to unite pioneering research from academia and industry, highlighting transformative use cases and emerging methodologies in AI and ML. We invite contributions spanning a wide array of AI and ML domains, including but not limited to deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, generative modeling, explainable AI, federated learning, edge AI, cloud/edge computing, quantum computing, and ethical AI. We particularly encourage submissions that demonstrate cross-disciplinary applications in fields such as healthcare, finance, education, agriculture, cybersecurity, robotics, environmental sciences, and the social sciences. By bringing together diverse perspectives, the workshop aims to promote knowledge exchange, foster collaboration, and drive innovation at the intersection of AI, ML, and real-world applications.

Authors are requested to submit a one-page abstract by 10 December 2025
15 December 2025
Abstract selection notifications will be sent to authors by 15 December 2025
21–23 December 2025
Authors of selected abstracts will be invited to present their work at the event scheduled for 21–23 December 2025
15 January 2026
After the presentation, authors will have time to prepare and submit the full paper corresponding to the presented abstract by 15 January 2026.
January–February 2026
All submitted full papers will undergo a peer-review process.
20 February 2026
Decision notifications for full papers will be sent by 20 February 2026.
28 February 2026
Authors are required to submit the final revised manuscript by 28 February 2026.
5 March 2026
Authors must pay the registration fee by 5 March 2026.
10 March 2026
All accepted and registered full papers will be submitted to Springer for publication in the Open Access post-proceedings volume by 10 March 2026.

Your contribution may be prepared in LaTeX or Microsoft Word. Please use the following templates provided on the authors’ page.

Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. Another feature Springer now offers is the inclusion of embedded videos in proceedings papers. Springer’s proceedings LaTeX templates are also available on Overleaf, an open-source online real-time collaborative LaTeX editor used for writing, editing, and publishing scientific documents.

Length of Papers

The most common types of papers accepted for publication are full papers (12–15+ pages) and short papers (less than 12 pages), formatted using the Springer template, where a page constitutes approximately 300–400 words. Only papers with significant scientific content will be considered. Very short papers (less than 6 pages) are not allowed.

CCIS is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, and Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted for inclusion in ISI Proceedings.
